We specialize in Technics 1200-series turntables and select high-end analog DJ mixers. If you're unsure whether your gear qualifies, contact us and we'll be happy to confirm.

Where are you located?
We operate two fully equipped Labs: one in Chicago and one in Los Angeles. All repairs are performed in-house by our experienced technicians.

How do I get my gear to you?
You can drop off and pick up your gear directly at one of our Lab locations by appointment.

What is your typical turnaround time?
Turnaround time depends on our current workload and parts availability. For now, expect approximately [X] to [Y] weeks. We’ll provide a more accurate estimate once we assess your gear.

Do you offer rush service?

What kind of work do you do on the Technics 1200s?
We offer everything from complete internal overhauls and tonearm rewiring to pitch control calibration, RCA/ground cable replacement, LED upgrades, and cosmetic restorations.

Do you offer cosmetic restoration?
No, we don't personally handle cosmetic restoration. BUT, through our partnership with DJ HENRAY CUSTOMS, we offer anything from powder coating to custom wraps or straight tone arms or other high-end customizations for your Technics 1200. Just ask! If there's a good chance that if it can be done, we can probably get it done!

How do I book a repair or service?

Do you provide free estimates before doing the work?
No, we don't provide free estimates. To begin, we take a one hour deposit is required on each repair. Once we inspect your gear in person, we'll provide an itemized estimate for approval before we begin repairs.

What happens if you find additional issues during repair?
If we discover anything unexpected during servicing, we’ll reach out with an updated estimate and won’t proceed without your approval.

Can you ship my gear back when it's done?
Yes, return shipping can be arranged. Costs vary depending on location, packaging needs, and insurance. We strongly recommend professional packing to protect your gear.

Do you sell parts or refurbished gear?
Not at this time—but stay tuned. We may begin offering select refurbished items and hard-to-find parts in the future.

Is my gear insured while it’s at your Lab?
While your gear is in our possession, we take all precautions to keep it safe and secure. However, we recommend carrying your own insurance for high-value items, especially if shipping.
